Alicante, Friday February 26, 2021.- Digital District Comunitat Valenciana and the Alicante Chamber of Commerce have initiated a line of collaboration to promote the digital transformation of the business fabric of the province of Alicante, and to join efforts in the international projection of the image of Alicante as a destination for technology companies.
This alliance contemplates the joint work of both organizations to speed up the adaptation of Alicante companies to the current and future challenges posed by the recovery, reconstruction and transformation process that the Next Generation EU Fund will promote.
For Digital District, this line of collaboration is of special interest given that it is aligned with one of the main objectives of the technological hub, which is to facilitate the transfer of knowledge and innovation solutions to the traditional productive fabric of our territory, both large firms and SMEs , micro-SMEs and freelancers, with whom the Chamber of Commerce already works closely.
Alicante Chamber of Commerce has a Digital Transformation Office in place and, in parallel, the TicNegocios Platform, in which Distrito Digital appears as a collaborating entity. This platform concentrates the digital services offered by the Chamber, providing free advice to SMEs regarding their digital transformation and, at the same time, highlighting the technological solutions of the Chamber’s partners in this program: companies from the province to the European vanguard in its field of activity.
This line of work will also allow the programs and activities of various kinds that are developed in the District’s digital ecosystem to be brought closer to the companies associated with the Chamber of Commerce, to help them undertake their digital transformation.
