Digital District Comunidad Valenciana and the Alicante Port Authority (APA) celebrate this Wednesday, July 14,
From 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., the V Forum on Artificial Intelligence in ports, within the framework of the Logistics-Port Technology Forum.

After the success of the previous editions, in which the topics of Process Robotization, Big Data and Data Analytics, IoT and Blockchain in Ports were addressed, this new event will address the uses of Artificial Intelligence in ports , with the aim of continuing to promote open innovation.

In addition to serving as a link between supply and demand of the Port Logistics Cluster, these meetings allow the identification of ideas for future calls for regional programs, Ports 4.0 Fund of State Ports and European programs (2021-2027).

Event schedule

9:00 Welcome and opening of the forum by Johan Salen, Managing Director of The Ocean Race.

09: 05h Intervention by Ignacio Campos Manero, head of the Public Domain Division of the Alicante Port Authority.

09:10 am Presentation and start of the forum, which will be moderated by José Manuel Leceta, head of the Innovation Division of the APA.

9:15 am Thematic session: “AI in ports” with the following speakers from companies integrated in the Digital District ecosystem:

• Roman Buil, Data Scientist – Operations Research Expert at Accenture.
• Celia Sánchez San Juan, CEO of 1MillionBot (AI).
• Juan Carlos Trujillo, founding partner of LucentiaLab.

10: 00h Questions from those attending the forum and debate, with the intervention of
Isabel Meseguer Civera, Head of Business Development at ITI.

10: 25h Closing of the forum by Antonio Rodes, general director of the Society for Thematic Projects of the Valencian Community and CEO of Digital District.
