Startups of international origin
At the closing date of the talent selection process, on February 28, this global Health challenge had managed to attract a total of 118 applications from specialized startups with e-Health solutions. More than 30% of them are international firms, from more than 15 different countries, mainly from Germany and Finland.
Many of the solutions proposed by these startups are transversal to several of the proposed lines of action, a third of them for the execution of processes of the digital transformation challenge of the health sector, 23% aimed at health prevention, while the rest lines have had a fair share of 15% each.
Throughout the day on April 5, the final evaluation and selection of the startups most in line with the needs of the health sector will be carried out. The next step will be carrying out concept tests in entities of the Region of Valencia, based on the five challenges defined in the call.
