Distrito Digital Comunitat Valenciana and the Port Authority of Alicante (APA) celebrate, on Wednesday March 24 from 9h30 to 11h30, the III IoT Forum in ports, in the framework of the Logistics – Port Technological Forum, in virtual format.

After the success of the first two editions, which addressed the topics of Robotization of processes and Big Data and Data Analytics, this new event aims to continue promoting open innovation.

In addition to serving as a link between supply and demand of the Logistics-Port Cluster, these meetings will serve to identify ideas for future calls for regional programs, Ports 4.0 Fund of Puertos del Estado and European programs (2021-2027).

The meeting will have the opening speeches of Ms. Sonia Herzog, CEO of JSV Logistic and Ms. Monica Bautista, Head of Commercial Division of the Port Authority of Alicante (APA) and Mr. Jose Manuel Leceta, Head of Sustainable Innovation Division of the APA.

In the subsequent forum and debate on the uses and benefits of IoT in ports will participate:

• D. Antonio Sánchez Zaplana, Innovation Director of Hidraqua and Dinapsis.
• D. Hugo Mira, CEO of Wimtruck,
• Ms. Carmen Climent, Project Manager Cloud Enterprise Solutions from Atos (to be confirmed) and
• D. Manuel Sánchez, Operations Director of JSV Logistic.

The event will be closed by Mayte Vañó, Communication Director of Distrito Digital.
